2. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once full or agreed partial payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued by Shawkat Travel. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Shawkat Travel is not responsible for pricing errors due to technical issues.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in accordance with the terms specified at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as displayed on our website. Full payment may be required for certain services or during peak seasons.

5. Traveller Responsibility

It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.), meet health requirements, and comply with the laws of all countries visited. Shawkat Travel is not liable for any issues arising from failure to meet these requirements.

6. Liability

Shawkat Travel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
