This Service Delivery Policy outlines how Shawkat Travel delivers its travel services to customers. We are committed to providing a seamless and professional experience from booking to travel.
1. Booking Confirmation
Once a booking is made and payment is received, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours. This confirmation will include your booking reference, itinerary details, and any relevant travel documents.
2. Travel Documents
All travel documents, including e-tickets, hotel vouchers, visa approval letters, and tour itineraries, will be delivered electronically to your registered email address. Physical documents can be arranged upon request and may be subject to an additional courier fee.
3. Visa Services
Visa processing times vary by destination and are subject to the respective embassy or consulate timelines. Shawkat Travel will submit your visa application promptly upon receipt of all required documents. We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by immigration authorities.
4. Flight Tickets
E-tickets will be issued and sent to your email within 24 hours of booking confirmation and full payment. For group bookings, tickets will be issued as per the agreed schedule.
5. Hotel & Accommodation Vouchers
Hotel vouchers will be sent to your email at least 48 hours before your check-in date. In case of last-minute bookings, vouchers will be sent as soon as confirmation is received from the hotel.
6. Tour Packages
Complete tour package details, including day-by-day itineraries, transfer information, and guide contacts, will be provided at least 72 hours before departure.

8. Force Majeure
Shawkat Travel shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in service delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
